Unlike Emma, I dropped my projected word count a bit. I think I'm going to get this done in 30,000 words rather than the 32,000 I originally projected.
Today, I will write at least one scene, which should translate to roughly 1,200 words. I'll check back in by 6:00 p.m. with status

It's a little early, and I might write more, but I did finish the scene. It was a lot less than 1,200 words, though. More like 500.
So, does this mean I get to say I met my goal or not :)?
